Our Story

Solly Little began when I became a mother to my two children.

I was struggling to find clothing (particularly nightwear), that reflected the kind of childhood I wanted to create for my children. Everything I found felt loud or overly busy. Bright slogans, bold prints, fast fashion pieces that I knew were made in large quantities, often from places I didn’t feel good about buying from. I wanted something gentler. Clothing with a softness to it, both in feel and in spirit.

Instead, I found myself with drawers full of nightwear that didn’t belong to that world at all.

I knew what I was looking for, and I knew other parents were looking for it too. So I began to wonder what it would look like to design those pieces myself. To create nightwear that felt thoughtful, considered, and aligned with the values that mattered to me.

Solly Little grew from that idea.

A brand built around sustainability, ethical practice, and timeless design. Made in small batches, using natural materials, with the intention that each piece could be worn, loved, and passed on. Nightwear that feels just as right years later as it does the first time you put it on.

The name Solly Little comes from my children, Sonny and Polly. The brand itself is rooted in the moments that inspired it. Watching them sleep. Holding them close as they kiss you goodnight. Their sleepy smiles and messy hair in the mornings. Those memories that stay with you forever. 

Solly Little is for anyone drawn to those moments, and for the children wrapped up in them. Thoughtfully designed nightwear, made to feel calm, comforting, and designed to last beyond a season.
